1. The manufacturer of the jet mill mentioned that there was an abnormal sound during the operation of the elevator

(1) The bottom plate of the bucket elevator base collides with the chain bucket. The manufacturer of the air jet rice mill mentioned that the material discharge of the elevator is insufficient(1) The mechanical equipment at the rear of the hoist has limited capacity, causing blockage of the discharge chute and increasing the production capacity of the mechanical equipment at the rear;(2) The discharge chute is too small or the angle of the chute is not suitable, correct the discharge chute;(3) The material adheres to the chain hopper and slider and needs to be removed regularly.
